When will my order arrive?

Unframed original paintings will be shipped with 3- 5 working days

The quality of my products means everything. Prints and frames are produced to order locally to me. Allowing me to support like minded small business and quality check every order. Sometimes I experience unexpected delays, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. I aim to ship sooner where ever possible. If your order is time sensitive please send me a message.

What happens if you made a mistake with your order?

Please contact me as soon as possible, I will help find a solution.

My order hasn't arrive in the estimated shipping time.

Contact me directly art@emmalacon.com, I will chase the delivery company. If the order has gone missing in transit, a replacement, if possible, will be sent or the order refunded in full.

My order has arrived damaged

Provide me with photographs of the damage. I will contact the delivery company, if they are at fault a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Can I return my artwork.

Original art work has a 14 day return policy. Returns must be shipped and insured at your own cost and the painting be in the original condition for a full refund.

It is my regret that I can not offer a full refund on prints as they are produced to order. Please contact me if you would like to return a print.

I can't imagine how it will look?

Need some help visualising the artwork in your space. Send me a photo, I will return it with the artwork included and some ideas for you
